Great stay with friendly service!

The super nice team from check-in til checkout, nothing was too much trouble! My room was cozy and clean, just perfect for a tired traveler like me. The food at the function was amazing too, best I've had in awhile. Just wish the parking was easier to find.

Fine food plus fantastic friendly staff. Decent sized and brand-new room with a good-sized bathroom. Plenty of facilities like: central heating, an iron and coffee/tea making machines.

I enjoyed a lovely stay with a spacious family room with comfort for all. The staff were friendly and cute, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The dining experience could improve. Breakfast options were slightly inconsistent, and some dishes could benefit from better preparation.

Good stay, good breakfast, with a great selection of dishes and huge portions in the restaurant. The staff were very good too ensure we had a comfortable experience, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the area, all while enjoying free Wi-Fi.

An issue with noise from the adjacent kitchen impacted sleep quality, and a few maintenance concerns in the room could be addressed. It's a suitable choice for families looking for a cozy visit.

I was delighted by the delicious breakfast that set me up for a day of exploring, and just a short walk away, I discovered the charming Gallery One along with historic sites like Tullyhogue Fort that brought the local culture to life.

We stayed for 3 nights at the royal and loved it! The executive suite was spacious and super clean, with a super king bed, jacuzzi tub, and a cozy living area. The breakfast was freshly made to order and delicious. The staff were super attentive.

The Superior Double Room felt surprisingly cozy, with real keys instead of the usual swipe cards, giving it an old-world charm. The hallways, although somewhat worn in appearance, were clean and vacuumed daily, which shows they put in effort on cleanliness.

Breakfast service showed some real issues. On one occasion, ordered items like porridge and poached eggs were ignored completely, leading to confusion. The breakfast options during certain days felt limited and unappetizing, with just a bit of bread and cold ham when a cooked breakfast was expected. The carpet in the hallways seemed outdated and could use a refresh, which somewhat distracts from the overall experience.
